Safety & Care Commitment
We are committed to providing a safe, loving, and dependable environment for every pet. While we take every precaution to ensure your pet’s safety, pet care services naturally involve certain risks.
By booking services with Active Paws by LSM, clients acknowledge and agree that:

Pets must be up to date on vaccinations and free of contagious illnesses

Any behavioral concerns, medical conditions, allergies, or special care instructions must be disclosed prior to service

Owners remain financially responsible for veterinary care if emergency medical treatment is required during service
Veterinary Emergencies
In the event of an emergency, we will make every reasonable effort to contact the pet owner immediately. If the owner cannot be reached, we reserve the right to seek veterinary treatment necessary for the pet’s health and safety.
